Helping others build confidence through a great smile has been a dream of mine since my own father decided to get braces at the age of 59. It was amazing to watch his transformation as he went from a man who never smiled to a man who wouldn’t stop smiling.
I hope to give that same excitement and joy to each patient I meet by providing excellent care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I appreciate every patient who gives me the opportunity to provide this service for them and I hope to honor that trust by making their experience with us one that positively affects their life.

EDUCATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION
My education has given me the strong foundation I need to build a practice focused on providing the highest quality patient care. This background allows me to offer the most advanced treatment in the orthodontic field. I received my Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and while there, I was proud to receive the recognition of being included in the University and National Dean’s List. I continued my education at Case Western Reserve University where I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine. During dental school I participated in student council and club leadership positions, was inducted into the prestigious OKU honor society, received the Dean’s award for academic and clinical excellence, and graduated with the highest honors while finishing at the top of my class.
My orthodontic residency was completed at Vanderbilt University where I served as chief resident. I was invited and was proud to join the adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt where I enjoy giving back by sharing my knowledge and experience with current residents.
I recognize that continuing education is extremely important in an ever-changing field. I participate in various seminars and courses each year as well as local and national organizations. These experiences help me stay at the front of the orthodontic field.
FAMILY AND COMMUNITY
I am married to Kyla, my best friend. Having both grown up in a variety of places, we are thrilled to raise our five fantastic children in this area.
I enjoy sports and because I am so old now live vicariously through my 3 boys.
I also like traveling and trying new food, especially if it’s spicy🌶️🌶️🌶️. In fact, if you’d like to challenge me to a spicy food eating contest please contact the office.
