I enjoy being the person that makes the transition of insurance easier to understand and less stressful for our patients. Just recently, I took on the task of being the Marketing Coordinator as well and I am looking forward to the challenge of expanding Beecroft Orthodontics into the future. I work with some amazing people and I am grateful for every opportunity I have been given. I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, which is growing all the time. I love to help our patients achieve their orthodontic goals. I really enjoy working with my wonderful team members. I moved to Fredericksburg in 2009 from New York, where I lived since I was born. I have been married to my amazing husband for 8 years. I have one wonderful son and 2 dogs. I love spending my free time at the beach, traveling and reading.”

“Hi there! My name is Sandy and I am an Orthodontic Assistant her with Beecroft Orthodontics. I started assisting in 1995 and have enjoyed doing this for 22 years. I became part of the Beecroft team in 2016 when Dr. Beecroft took over for Dr. Terrill. I couldn’t be happier to work with such a kind hearted, knowledgeable and all around fun doctor. Our staff is also amazing! I enjoy working beside them on a daily basis. My favorite part of my job is watching our patients from start to finish and the confidence they have with their new smiles. I am married and have 4 children and 2 big dogs that keep me on my toes. I am an avid animal lover and one day hope to live on acres of land with animals of all kind. Being part for the Beecroft Team has been a great experience and I look forward to many years of assisting here at the practice.”

Hi I’m Rachelle! I’ve been in the dental field for about 20 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working at Beecroft Orthodontics since 2014. I have one son who is the light of my life. I am the oldest of six, so a lot of my time is spent with my son and family. I am a bit of a foodie, I enjoy cooking and running different trails in my free time. Lead Lab Technician

Hey! I’m Chase, the lab supervisor. I’ve been with Beecroft Orthodontics for a year now and have loved my job every single day. My team & I create all of the in-house essix retainers and aligners for our offices. I work on the digital side of things, editing scans of patients' teeth and then 3D printing them for retainer creation. My education background is in visual and digital arts, and I’m fortunate enough to be able to utilize those skills in the lab. When I’m not at work, I’m probably hanging with my friends, watching a show, or playing video games.

Financial Manager

My name is Yolanda Dunn and I am the financial manager here at Beecroft Orthodontics. I have worked in orthodontics for over 15 years. My favorite part about working in this field is watching people gain the confidence that giving them a great smile brings! My favorite part about working for Beecroft Orthodontics is the passion Dr. Beecroft himself has for creating that perfect smile for all of his patients! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 children and of course, our “fur-child.”

Hello there! My name is Diane & I’m so excited to assist Dr. Beecroft with your awesome smile! I’ve been with the Beecroft family since 2019 & am so grateful to work with such a brilliant doctor. Being at the dentist is nerve-racking & that’s why my goal is to make it as pleasant and as FUN of an experience as possible. When I’m not assisting the doctor, I’m sharing the Beecroft story & inviting others to join our Beecroft family! In my free time, I’m spending it with my other half and our corgi pup named Moo, with friends, traveling, crafting, or playing video games.

Treatment Coordinator & Marketing Coordinator

I love meeting new people, building relationships and being as helpful and positive as possible!  There is not a day that goes by that I am not thankful for all the people I meet  being a treatment coordinator and marketing coordinator here at Beecroft Orthodontics!  My favorite is seeing how excited kids and adults get when talking about getting the smile they have been dreaming of for so long!  I understand it, because I lived it.  As a child, my parents did not get braces for me and boy did I need them! So, when I was in my 20's I gave myself the best gift ever... A NEW SMILE!  Deband days are the best...so many smiles! 

Outside of work I have three beautiful boys and soon will be adding two bonus babies when I marry my best friend in October 2023! I love to bake, craft, kayak, spend time at the lake and simply enjoy friends and family time!
